Legacy Projects
“The need to leave a legacy is our spiritual need to have a sense of meaning, purpose, personal congruence, and contribution.” — Steven Covey
Legacy Projects can be completed by a single person or by several family members or friends. Even beginning a project without finishing before death can be beneficial.
Legacy benefits include preserving family history, sharing family recipes, stories, jokes, or life lessons, and leaving those left behind something to remember (or know) you by.
Working on a project helps you remember a life well-lived, acts as a distraction from grief or pain, and provides a sense of purpose.
Say goodbye in your way, on your terms. Projects are exceedingly personal. Possible ideas include a recipe collection, scrapbooking, writing letters to be read post-death or upon specific occasions, and creating a video message.
Services Include
This serves as a general guideline. All services are customizable and will be tailored to your specific needs.
Legacy Project ideas are only limited by our imaginations. The more meaningful, the better. Together, we’ll customize a project (or several) to build memories to last generations. Completely personalized, projects can be easy and fast, taking only a couple of hours, to large and comprehensive, taking days or weeks.
During our initial consultation, we’ll discuss options, feasibility, and costs. Once a project is decided upon, we’ll schedule work time and I’ll gather supplies to begin.
Cost of Services
Initial Consultation: $20 for one 30-minute session via phone or Zoom
$40 for one 30-minute session in-person
Project Completion: $250 plus supplies
Fee will be adjusted according to project complexity.
Legacy Projects cooperate with other offered services. We can discuss bundle savings, if more than one service is requested.
